Event Project & Operations Coordinator at Horuframe Creative Industries Limited – Ojo
Horuframe Creative Industries Limited is recruiting a volunteer Event Project and Operations Coordinator in Ojo, Lagos, to manage timelines, shared project records and delivery follow-through for LAVIDA Fiesta 1.0.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the master event action plan, timelines and central task tracker.
- Coordinate planning meetings, agendas, decisions, deliverables and overdue actions.
- Monitor the core team and volunteer contributors and connect sponsorship, marketing, programme and administrative workstreams.
- Keep an up-to-date risk and decision register, reporting issues to the CEO or Executive Producer.
- Deliver a project action tracker within 48 hours and a two-month calendar by the end of Week 1.
- Produce weekly progress and risk reports, a Week 4 midpoint review and an eight-week handover report.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in project management, event management, business, operations or a related discipline; relevant OND holders may be considered.
- Preferably one to two years’ experience coordinating projects, events, schedules or teams.
- Strong planning, spreadsheet, task tracking, documentation, communication and follow-up skills.
