Assistant Front Office Manager at Hyatt Regency Lagos Ikeja – Ikeja

Hyatt Regency Lagos Ikeja is recruiting an Assistant Front Office Manager in Ikeja, Lagos, to support guest service, front desk operations, colleague development and revenue controls.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate front-office shifts, check-in and check-out, room allocation, reservations and guest accounts.
• Monitor occupancy, arrivals, departures, room inventory and shift handovers.
• Work with housekeeping, reservations, revenue, engineering and security teams.
• Resolve guest requests and complaints while maintaining standards for VIPs and returning guests.
• Coach colleagues and support rosters, training, induction and performance feedback.
• Ensure accurate billing, payments, cashiering, room upgrades and authorised adjustments.
• Maintain confidentiality, safety, daily reports and incident records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or related field.
• Three to five years’ relevant front-office experience in an upscale or international-brand hotel.
• Experience with cashiering, room inventory, guest relations and complaints.
• Supervisory or duty-manager experience is advantageous.
• Proficiency with hotel property management systems; Opera or comparable software is an advantage.
