Teestone Hotels & Apartments is recruiting an Experienced Hotel Porter for its property in Ojodu Berger, Lagos. The successful applicant will welcome guests, help with luggage and provide practical support to the front desk team.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide assistance on arrival and departure.
- Move luggage to guest rooms and offer information about hotel facilities.
- Handle guest requests and help with messages and deliveries.
- Keep public entrance and luggage storage areas orderly.
- Work with reception and other teams to maintain professional service and follow hotel procedures.
Requirements
- SSCE or an equivalent qualification.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is advantageous.
- Friendly communication, professionalism and knowledge of guest service.
- Ability to handle luggage and work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.
