Porter at Class Suites Hotel and Apartments – Ikeja
Class Suites Hotel and Apartments is recruiting a full-time Porter in Ikeja, Lagos, to assist guests with luggage, enquiries and hotel services.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests, answer enquiries and help with reasonable errands.
- Carry departing guests’ luggage to the hotel lobby or departure area.
- Assist guests to leave safely during an evacuation.
- Support front-desk colleagues by answering and transferring telephone calls.
- Help the customer-service team prepare for events and update directional or event signs.
- Park and retrieve guests’ vehicles when assigned to do so.
