Female Sales and Marketing Executive at The Wells Carlton Hotel & Apartments – Asokoro, Abuja

The Wells Carlton Hotel & Apartments is recruiting a Female Sales and Marketing Executive in Asokoro, Abuja, to generate new business, build client relationships and deliver promotional campaigns.

Sales and business development

• Find prospective customers, pursue business opportunities and negotiate sales within approved terms.
• Develop client proposals, quotations and presentations, following up enquiries through to confirmed sales.
• Maintain customer and prospect records while working towards monthly and annual revenue goals.
• Identify partnership prospects, target markets and cross-selling opportunities.

Marketing and customer relations

• Prepare and execute marketing initiatives, advertising campaigns and other promotions.
• Manage social-media activities and contribute to brochures, presentations and digital content.
• Research customer needs, competitors and market trends, measuring campaign effectiveness.
• Represent the business at appropriate exhibitions, networking events and trade fairs.
• Respond to enquiries, complaints and feedback and coordinate with operations to support guest satisfaction.

Reporting and collaboration

• Monitor sales targets, lead conversion, customer retention, revenue and marketing results.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly activity reports, monitor outstanding payments and support financial follow-up.
• Collaborate with hotel teams and management on service quality and business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Mass Communication or a related discipline.
• Two to three years’ experience in sales, marketing or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, relationship-management and planning skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools; CRM or sales-reporting experience is an advantage.
• Relevant professional certifications are advantageous.
