Direct Sales Representative via Catilas Resources – Multiple Locations, Nigeria

A commercial bank is seeking Direct Sales Representatives across multiple Nigerian locations through Catilas Resources Limited to acquire customers and promote banking products.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach and onboard new banking customers.
• Promote and sell assigned products to individuals and businesses.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer relationships that encourage referrals.
• Follow the bank’s KYC, regulatory and internal compliance requirements.

Requirements

• OND, HND or bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with at least Lower Credit or Second Class Lower Division where applicable.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills and a target-focused approach.
• Degree holders must have completed NYSC or hold an exemption certificate.
• Applicants must be 35 years old or younger.

Compensation and Benefits

• ₦150,000 monthly plus commission.
• HMO coverage, 13th-month pay and leave allowance.
