Finance Manager at an Undisclosed Literary Distribution Organisation via FactBase Consulting – Lagos
An organisation based on Lagos Island is hiring a full-time Finance Manager through FactBase Consulting Limited. Its business covers the procurement, distribution and promotion of literary materials for retailers and wholesalers in Nigeria and neighbouring African countries.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a financial strategy aligned with organisational objectives and improve profitability and efficiency.
- Lead annual budgets and financial plans, monitor results and advise management on financial performance.
- Partner with retail, procurement and sales teams to improve cost control and commercial decisions.
- Lead, coach and develop finance team members.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
- At least six years of relevant finance or accounting experience, with three years in a senior or leadership role.
- A higher degree, ACA or ACCA qualification is an advantage.
