Business Analyst Manager at Food Concepts Plc – Lagos
Food Concepts Plc is recruiting a full-time Business Analyst Manager in Lagos to develop business insights, support product and recipe costing, and identify pricing opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Review recipes and maintain accurate costing for ingredients and menu items.
- Convert recipes for quantity preparation and analyse margins and price sensitivity.
- Recommend pricing for new product launches with consideration for sales and profitability.
- Compare best- and worst-performing menu products by outlet and location.
- Calculate theoretical gross profit and cost–benefit performance by location.
- Monitor pricing accuracy across regions and store types and assess when prices should be reviewed.
- Analyse product profitability, sales volumes, competitor pricing and consumer trends.
- Maintain commercial and competitor price lists and coordinate with other teams on pricing strategy.
- Produce daily, weekly and monthly product-performance reports.
- Maintain pricing models and operational analysis templates.
Requirements
- First degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics or Finance.
- At least five years’ experience in a similar role.
- A relevant professional qualification is an advantage.
