Finance Officer at Haggai Mortgage Bank – Surulere
Haggai Mortgage Bank is recruiting a full-time Finance Officer in Surulere, Lagos. The role supports financial reporting, treasury, budgeting, statutory compliance and financial controls.
Responsibilities
- Prepare timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile accounts and keep accurate financial records.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and expense control.
- Monitor cash flow and assist with treasury and banking transactions.
- Help meet tax, statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Support audits and maintain controls and audit documentation.
- Provide financial analysis and management reports for decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
- Three to five years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
- Banking or financial services experience is an advantage.
- ICAN, ACCA or equivalent certification is desirable.
- Strong financial reporting, tax and regulatory compliance knowledge.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
- Good analytical, organisational and communication skills.
