A pension-services company is recruiting full-time Marketing Officers through Phillips Outsourcing Limited for Gwagwalada (Abuja), Kano, Kebbi, Ikorodu (Lagos), Ota (Ogun), Akure (Ondo) and Sokoto.
Key responsibilities
- Find prospective customers and present pension services to individuals, businesses and organisations.
- Build productive customer relationships and support client acquisition and retention.
- Deliver presentations, product demonstrations and pension-awareness sessions.
- Meet sales and business-development goals and assist with customer onboarding.
- Record sales activities, report trends and monitor the needs of local markets.
- Follow applicable financial-sector policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- At least two years of proven sales experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, organise activities and achieve targets.
- Professional customer service, integrity and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
