Fulfillment Officer at Pallyshop Discount – Ojodu Berger

Pallyshop Discount is recruiting a full-time Fulfillment Officer in Ojodu Berger, Lagos, to manage accurate order picking, packing, dispatch and delivery tracking.

Responsibilities

• Pick, verify, pack and prepare customers’ orders for dispatch.
• Monitor delivery progress and follow up on successful order fulfilment.
• Inspect items and packaging to maintain product quality.
• Provide delivery updates and escalate problems that could affect service.
• Maintain stock accountability and report losses, damage or order discrepancies.

Requirements

• Good attention to detail, organisation and time management.
• Basic understanding of logistics and order-fulfilment processes.
• Clear communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
• High standards of integrity and accountability.

Salary

₦70,000–₦90,000 per month.
