Responsibilities
- Plan, control and monitor furniture production while respecting quality standards of production;
- Engaging team members and maintain a favorable working atmosphere to the achieve production objectives;
- Candidates should possess Technical know-how in carpentry & Joinery, candidate must have at least 5 years cognate experience gained working in reputable furniture companies in the production and Installation of kitchens, wardrobes, doors & frames, entertainment units, partitioning, etc.
- At least 3 years of such experience must have been in at supervisor/managerial level.
- Candidate must also possess a good understanding of managing men and materials and demonstrate a high level of Integrity.
