Premier Hub Innovation Center is recruiting a contract GESI, Safeguards & Inclusive Participation Specialist in Yaba, Lagos. The role calls for expertise in gender equality, social inclusion and safeguarding within development programmes.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Sociology, Gender Studies, Development Studies, Social Policy or a related field.
- At least seven years of general professional experience, including a minimum of five years in gender equality and social inclusion (GESI) and social safeguards.
- Experience working on youth, skills, employment or education programmes.
- Knowledge of African Development Bank or World Bank safeguard frameworks.
- Familiarity with grievance-redress mechanisms, gender-based violence, sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment safeguards, and inclusive programme delivery.
