Responsibilities
- Set brand strategy, positioning, identity and messaging for competitive markets.
- Develop commercial marketing plans that support leads, customer acquisition and revenue.
- Oversee digital, PR, trade and event campaigns and go-to-market activity.
- Study competitors, customer behaviour and new market opportunities.
- Track brand health, customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, conversions and other indicators using CRM and performance dashboards.
