Head, Wealth & Sales at Denaro Properties Limited – Lagos

Denaro Properties Limited is recruiting a Head of Wealth & Sales in Lagos to lead premium property transactions, private-client relationships and specialist brokerage partnerships. The role reports to the Founder/CEO.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle for luxury property assets valued at ₦300 million to ₦800 million, including private presentations and site inspections.
• Convert high-net-worth customers, professionals, corporate executives and diaspora investors into completed property transactions.
• Develop and support relationships with leading luxury property agents and brokerage firms, using the company’s stated 2.5% brokerage commission arrangement.
• Work with the media team on targeted communications concerning development quality, structural transparency and asset preservation.
• Develop B2B and institutional property investment relationships with cooperative societies, corporate management teams and private-banking wealth desks.
• Promote off-plan and completed property inventory, maintaining strategic oversight of client conversion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance or a related discipline.
• Five to eight years’ documented success closing high-value transactions in luxury real estate, wealth management, premium insurance or luxury automotive sales.
• Demonstrated high-net-worth client management, deal closing, presentation and business-development skills.
• MBA or relevant wealth management or marketing professional certification is an advantage.
