Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage patients’ medical records.
- Ensure proper documentation, filing, retrieval, and storage of patient information.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of patients’ records.
- Protect the confidentiality and security of patient information.
- Generate reports and maintain health information databases.
- Work closely with clinical and administrative departments to ensure proper records management.
