Health Coach (Registered Nurse) at mDoc Healthcare – Lagos
mDoc Healthcare is recruiting a Health Coach (Registered Nurse) in Lagos to support people living with chronic health needs. The position involves providing direct, evidence-based self-management support through both virtual and in-person interactions.
Role overview
- Provide direct virtual and in-person self-management support to members through mDoc’s care model.
- Use evidence-based care guidelines and adapt support to the individual needs of members.
Requirements
- At least two years’ experience as a Registered Nurse or Community Health Extension Worker (CHEW) in health promotion or chronic illness management is preferred.
- A degree in Nursing, Psychology, Counselling, Health Education, Exercise Science, Nutrition and Dietetics, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic Life Support skills are desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
