Health Care Administrator at Dame Chops & Events – Ikeja, Lagos
Dame Chops & Events is recruiting a full-time Health Care Administrator in Ikeja, Lagos, to oversee administrative, financial and operational functions in a medical-office setting.
Responsibilities
- Monitor budgets, billing and payments.
- Order medical and office supplies and manage inventory records.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
- Supervise office personnel, including receptionists, secretaries and cashiers.
- Maintain medical and staff records securely.
- Liaise with doctors and nurses to identify and resolve office problems.
- Arrange cleaning services and emergency maintenance as required.
- Provide information materials to patients and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, medical laws and ethical standards.
Requirements and skills
- HND or BSc in Healthcare Administration, Business or a relevant discipline.
- Previous experience managing a medical office.
- Knowledge of accounting, data management and administrative procedures.
- Ability to handle medical records confidentially and familiarity with medical issues and terminology.
- Excellent organisation, time management, multitasking, communication and customer service skills, including the ability to work under pressure.
Salary
- ₦250,000–₦300,000 per month.
