Healthcare Assistant at a Pharmacy via Castville Solutions – Ikeja, Lagos
A pharmacy in Ikeja, Lagos, is recruiting a Healthcare Assistant through Castville Solutions to support non-clinical tasks, customer service, pharmacy inventory and orderly daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists with administrative work and routine non-clinical duties.
- Welcome customers, answer general enquiries and refer medication questions to the pharmacist.
- Arrange and replenish medicines and healthcare products on shelves.
- Monitor stock levels and expiry dates, and report shortages or expired products.
- Maintain a clean, organised pharmacy environment.
- Help with stocktaking, inventory records and other recordkeeping duties.
Qualifications and experience
- SSCE/WAEC, OND or an equivalent qualification.
- Previous pharmacy, hospital or healthcare workplace experience is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare products and pharmacy operations is desirable.
- Clear communication, teamwork and customer-service skills.
- Basic computer skills, careful recordkeeping and a willingness to support the pharmacy team.
