Platform Adoption Officer at LexMedical – Partner Hospitals, Lagos

LexMedical is recruiting a full-time Platform Adoption Officer to support its digital health platform at assigned partner hospitals in Lagos. The on-site role is operational rather than clinical and reports to the Program Manager.

Hospital platform adoption

• Introduce hospital staff and doctors to the LexMedical platform and support patient onboarding.
• Help patients use the digital service, manage appointments, confirmations and basic follow-up coordination.
• Provide first-line assistance with logins, platform navigation, audio, video and connectivity issues.
• Escalate technical, operational or clinical issues to the appropriate teams.
• Monitor platform activity, document issues and give daily or weekly operational updates.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow LexMedical and hospital data protection requirements.

Temporary deployment

• Work at partner hospitals during their early adoption period, typically for eight to twelve weeks.
• Support staff until they can use the agreed workflow independently, then move to another partner location if assigned.
• Performance is measured through onboarding, appointment support, issue escalation, reporting and increasing hospital self-sufficiency.

Requirements

• At least OND, NCE, HND or an equivalent qualification.
• Comfort using smartphones, computers and web-based applications.
• Clear communication, sound organisation, dependability and ability to assist patients and healthcare professionals.
• Willingness to work on site and move between partner locations.
• Customer service, hospital or clinic support, administration or technology support experience is advantageous.

Important clinical boundary

• This is not a clinical job. The officer must not give medical advice, diagnose, treat patients or make clinical decisions.

Salary

• ₦130,000 monthly.
