Position title: Hotel Manager. Location: Lagos State, Ogun State.About the role

Responsibilities
- Inspect the grounds, public areas and guest rooms for appearance and cleanliness.
- Keep tracks of hotel’s financials.
- Interview, hire, train and terminate staff.
- Monitor staff performance, ensuring the hotel is running well and guests are happy
- Answer guest questions about hotel services and policies
- Set budgets and room rates, allocate funds, and approve expenditures for various departments.
Experience and qualifications
- Minimum of OND.
- 1 – 5 years experience in hotel management or similar position.
Skills:
- Ability to lead a large group.
- Attention to details.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stressed environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage several budgets.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Candidate should be ready to resume immediately and must reside in Lagos Mainland or Ago-iwoye in Ogun state.
REMUNERATION:-
N70,000 – N80,000 Monthly.
