Integrated Data Assistant at Center for Clinical Care and Clinical Research (CCCRN) – Minna, Bida and Suleja, Niger State

The Center for Clinical Care and Clinical Research (CCCRN) is recruiting Integrated Data Assistants across its Minna, Bida and Suleja clusters in Niger State. The role supports accurate paper and electronic health records and reconciled programme data.

Role Purpose

• Combine data-entry and E-Deck support to maintain complete, accurate and reconciled paper and electronic records.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter authorized data across assigned HIV, TB, ANC/PMTCT, maternal and child health, malaria and community service workflows.
• Reconcile source documents and electronic records; flag discrepancies for validation and authorized correction.
• Track incomplete encounters, pending records and backlogs; prepare routine summaries under SI supervision.
• Support data-quality reviews, approved electronic workflows and resolution or escalation of device/connectivity issues.
• Use individual access credentials, maintain correction audit trails and report data loss or unauthorized access.

Requirements

• At least a Diploma in Computer Science, Statistics, Medical Records, Health Information Management, Information Technology or a related discipline, with at least one year of relevant health-records or programme-data experience.
• Computer literacy, spreadsheet skills and record reconciliation are required. Familiarity with approved national reporting and EMR systems is an advantage.
