Kitchen Assistant at Recore Limited – Sagamu, Ogun
Recore Limited is recruiting a Kitchen Assistant in Sagamu, Ogun State. The role supports food preparation, kitchen cleanliness, safe food handling and meal service.
Responsibilities
- Assist the chef with food preparation, including washing, peeling and cutting ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, utensils and cooking equipment.
- Assist with serving meals and general kitchen operations.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
- Monitor kitchen supplies and report shortages.
- Comply with food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Kitchen Supervisor.
Qualifications and requirements
- Minimum of SSCE.
- Previous kitchen or catering experience is an added advantage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure.
- Good personal hygiene and attention to detail.
