Logistics Officer at Hearty Helping Hand Initiative – Borno
Hearty Helping Hand Initiative (3HI) is recruiting a Logistics Officer in Borno State to coordinate procurement, warehouse records, transportation and supplies for its humanitarian projects. The officer reports to the National Coordinator.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate procurement processes in accordance with organisational policies and keep complete transaction records.
- Manage the transport and distribution of shelter and non-food-item supplies.
- Maintain stock, warehouse and inventory records and support project deliveries.
- Conduct supplier identification and market assessments.
- Assist with fleet and asset management.
- Uphold the organisation’s safeguarding, conduct and anti-misconduct standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a relevant subject.
- At least three years of related work experience.
- Knowledge of humanitarian procurement processes.
- Strong organisation and negotiation skills.
