Manager, Partnerships and Sub-Awards, LN at International Medical Corps (IMC) – Maiduguri, Borno

International Medical Corps is recruiting a Manager, Partnerships and Sub-Awards, LN in Maiduguri to manage partner relationships, grants, financial oversight and compliance for country programmes.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess and onboard partners, working with technical, finance and operational teams.
• Oversee the full sub-award lifecycle, including applications, selection, negotiation, contracting, monitoring and closure.
• Assess organisational risks, prepare mitigation plans and document follow-up actions.
• Track budgets, milestones, disbursements and partner reporting against grant requirements.
• Conduct compliance reviews and partner visits, address findings and maintain complete records.
• Support training, capacity development, financial-report review and reporting to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• University degree in Management or a related field.
• Seven or more years of grant management and finance experience, including budgeting and reporting.
• NGO or primary healthcare experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of international donor policies, grant administration, procurement and financial controls.
• Strong English, analytical, reporting, teamwork, organisational and Microsoft Office skills.
• Willingness to travel for programme and grant oversight.
