Manager at Chilis Restaurant – Ibadan, Oyo State

Chilis Restaurant is recruiting a full-time Manager in Ibadan, Oyo State, to oversee operations at its 24-hour restaurant and maintain standards of service, food quality and staff performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant activities, including opening and closing procedures across shifts.
• Monitor inventory, arrange supply orders and maintain vendor relationships while controlling costs.
• Maintain food preparation, presentation and customer-service standards to support guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and applicable liquor-licensing requirements throughout operating hours.
• Prepare staff schedules to meet operational needs and coordinate employee training and development.
• Guide, support and motivate team members, fostering a productive and positive work environment.

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications with 2–5 years of work experience.
• Previous experience working in a fast-food restaurant is compulsory.

Salary

₦100,000–₦200,000 per month.
