Market Development Lead job opportunity is available at National Action Committee (NAC) for Implementation of African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.

Job Summary

• The Market Development Lead will be responsible for managing market analysts, strategy consultants and researchers to articulate strategies to grow Nigerian businesses share of selected African markets.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-

Skills and Competencies Requirements

• Proven experience in international trade and market entry strategy development
• Demonstrated competency within qualitative and quantitative data analytics, visualization, and reporting.
• Ability to analyze data and present complex information and recommendations in an easy to understand manner; excellent interpersonal, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skill.
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a complex, fast paced environment.
• Self-starter with strong willingness to learn, teach and positively contribute in a team environment.
• Demonstrated attention to detail in day-to-day work with a focus on quality of work, accuracy and customer service.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (preferably, Social Sciences, Economics, Statistics or Applied Sciences)
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience working in strategy consulting or a similar role in the industry. Public sector experience will be an added advantage
• A minimum of three (3) experience in decision support or analytical environment
