Audit Officer

Job Location:Lagos
Job Type : Full Time

Responsibilities

  • Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulation.
  • Obtain, analyse and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc
  • Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process
  • Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement
  • By Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings
  • Maintain open communication with management and audit committee

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years working experience as an Audit Officer.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or any related field.
  • ACA certification would be an added advantage

Customer Service Officer

Job Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full time

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management. Monitor company social platforms and improve traffic on sites by inviting and encouraging internal and external customers to visit company social sites
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies for department.
  • Attend to customers’ complaints and get them resolved within 24 hours.
  • Act as the liaison Officer between the field force and the other departments and get all their issues resolved within 24 hours.
  • Manages the company’s call center with all the professional ambience
  • Ensures that the reception is well kept and arranged to suit the ambience of a corporate organization.
  • You must properly and corporately dress always to reflect professionalism of her office.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • B.Sc in Social Science, Humanity Science, or any other related discipline.
  • 1-2 years experience as a customer service officer.
  • Computer literate.
  • Should reside in Lagos.

Operation Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Description

  • The company is looking for an Operation Manager to plan, direct and coordinate the company’s operations function.
  • The individual will be responsible for improving performance, productivity and cost effectiveness through the implementation of effective methods and strategies across all fronts in the operations function.

Responsibilities

  • Learn,optimize and manage every aspect of our operations function.
  • Organize and coordinate resources, both manpower and materials to ensure targets are met.
  • Ensure compliance to health and safety regulations.
  • Complete periodic operational reviews and reports.
  • Responsible for the delivery of overall operational targets.
  • Maintain and create highly-structured processes and systems with a data-driven approach
  • Create and maintain detailed manuals that document all relevant parts of the company’s operations
  • Demonstrate achievement of results e.g. business improvements
  • Drive Business Continuity initiatives
  • Holding periodic meetings with the sales team and working on market feedback.

Requirements
Ideal candidates for this role should have:

  • At least 2 years post-undergraduate, full-time work experience as an operations manager.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any other related discipline
  • Experience managing operations, including detailed budgeting and reporting.
  • Experience managing and coordinating teams to deliver on a tight schedule
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Team building and leadership skills.

Accounting Officer

Job Location: Lagos
Job Type : Full Time

Responsibilities

  • General accounting tasks, including reconciling and maintaining balance sheet accounts and general ledger operations, preparing journal entries, preparing monthly closing and financial reports, preparing account/bank reconciliations;
  • Perform finance analysis, reporting and management tasks;
  • Lay down and validate the accounting systems and tools;
  • Review financial paperwork and procedures, provide recommendations and make necessary changes;
  • Ensure all expenses are within assigned project budget and verify the completeness of all required supporting documentation for all payments vouchers;
  • Prepare payments, bank transfers and do the bank transactions
  • Produce periodic financial reports and other financial documents for the management.
  • Ensure account receivables and payables activities are performed accurately and timely;
  • Settle amounts due, or recover outstanding receivable

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years working experience as an Accounting Officer
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or any related field
  • ACA certification would be an added advantage.
