Nurse Manager at Zinance Limited – Lagos and Ogun
Zinance Limited is recruiting a full-time Nurse Manager for positions covering Lagos and Ogun states. The manager coordinates nursing staff, training, recruitment and healthcare service quality.
Nursing leadership
- Set department or facility objectives and monitor achievement.
- Coordinate with staff, senior managers and healthcare departments.
- Recruit, induct and train nursing personnel and other health professionals.
- Prepare nurse duty rosters, manage records and support workforce performance.
- Monitor regulatory compliance and the quality and efficiency of patient care.
- Lead and motivate healthcare teams in a multi-disciplinary environment.
Requirements
- Extensive clinical knowledge appropriate to the unit or facility.
- Strong leadership, communication and professional judgement.
- Attention to detail, coordination and ability to work collaboratively with patients and healthcare professionals.
Salary
- ₦130,000–₦200,000 monthly.
