Operations Manager at Gigs Media International – Abule Egba
Gigs Media International is recruiting a full-time Operations Manager in Abule Egba, Lagos, to coordinate its travel-media business, improve workflows and lead operational teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily activities, workflows and operating standards.
- Create and improve internal procedures and systems.
- Coordinate teams, projects and media-production schedules.
- Monitor operating performance and support achievement of targets.
- Identify efficiency and growth opportunities.
- Build partnerships and support business development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in operations management or business management.
- Strong leadership, organisation, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build internal systems, manage teams and communicate effectively.
Salary
₦250,000–₦300,000 per month.
