Supervisor at Undisclosed Company via C-Restructure Consulting – Ikoyi, Lagos
An undisclosed retail employer is recruiting a full-time Store Supervisor in Ikoyi, Lagos, through C-Restructure Consulting.
Responsibilities
- Supervise store operations and sales representatives to meet customer service and revenue targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock counts, product displays and store cleanliness.
- Manage opening and closing procedures, store security and compliance with internal policies.
- Resolve customer complaints, coordinate staff and prepare daily sales reports.
Requirements
- BSc in a relevant field.
- Two to three years’ experience as a store supervisor, manager or senior sales associate.
- Team leadership, numeracy, reporting, basic computer and communication skills.
- Availability to work Monday to Saturday, 9 am–6 pm.
- Residence close to Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Banana Island, Lagos Island or Lekki Phase 1 is preferred.
