Operations Representative (4 Openings) at T40 Technologies – Lagos

T40 Technologies is recruiting four contract Operations Representatives across Maza-Maza, Iyana-Ipaja, Jibowu and Ajah in Lagos. The role focuses on customer acquisition, commercial relationships and growth for intercity.ng, through online and in-person outreach.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers, transport operators and business clients across Lagos.
• Generate leads through outreach, referrals, networking, social media and other suitable channels.
• Explain intercity.ng products and services and recommend solutions that meet customer needs.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers, following opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales goals and keep accurate records of calls, prospects, meetings and conversions.
• Coordinate with operations and marketing colleagues to improve customer acquisition and retention.
• Monitor the Lagos transport market, competitors and customer preferences, and share feedback with the wider team.
• Produce regular sales, pipeline, conversion and revenue-performance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications or a related discipline.
• One to three years’ experience in sales, business development, customer acquisition or a related role.
• Evidence of successful lead generation, prospect conversion and relationship management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation and customer-engagement skills, including in-person meetings and digital communications.
• Confidence with sales targets, CRM systems, spreadsheets, messaging platforms and other business tools.
• Sound understanding of Lagos and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first team.
• Experience in transport, logistics, travel, fintech or technology is an advantage.
