Responsibilities
- Prepare local and continental dishes in line with menu requirements.
- Maintain standards for meal quality, flavour, presentation and timely service.
- Keep kitchen facilities hygienic and store and handle food correctly.
- Monitor supplies, report replenishment needs and follow food-safety procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Cook and knowledge of food preparation techniques.
- Ability to prepare local and continental dishes, manage time and work effectively in a team.
- Understanding of kitchen hygiene and food-safety practices.
