Private Chef at Zylus Group – Lagos
Zylus Group is seeking a Private Chef in Lagos to prepare Nigerian and international meals, manage kitchen provisions and meet individual dietary requirements.
Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and present daily meals across Nigerian and international cuisines.
- Develop menus around dietary preferences and nutritional needs.
- Manage ingredient procurement, grocery shopping, kitchen inventory and supplies.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, cleanliness and proper equipment use.
- Accommodate individual dietary requirements and meal preferences.
Requirements
- Experience as a private or personal chef, or in a reputable hospitality establishment.
- Strong practical cooking skills across Nigerian and international dishes.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and nutrition.
- Creativity, discretion, trustworthiness, reliability and effective organisation.
- Ability to manage a kitchen independently.
