Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisor / Business Development Officer at Limewood Villa Hotel – Lekki Phase 1
Limewood Villa Hotel is recruiting a full-time Food & Beverage Supervisor / Business Development Officer in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. The combined role supervises restaurant service, supports profitable food and beverage operations and develops new customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Supervise restaurant staff, food quality, hygiene, daily service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor stock, sales, wastage, billing, prices and food costs.
- Find and retain customers, promote restaurant, catering and event services, and develop corporate business.
- Manage staff schedules, training, performance and accountability.
- Track revenue, profitability and monthly targets, and produce performance reports.
- Handle customer feedback and support promotions and business growth.
Requirements
- Experience in restaurant or hotel food and beverage operations.
- Strong supervisory, leadership, communication and customer-service skills.
- Demonstrated sales and business development ability.
- Knowledge of inventory control, costing and basic financial reporting.
- Proactive, accountable and able to work with limited supervision.
