Job Summary

• A Program Coordinator is an administrative professional specialized in managing, coordinating, monitoring and overseeing online and offline programs, meetings and projects.

Responsibilities

• Online Meeting Management:
  • Starting/Stopping Zoom Meetings
  • Ensuring YouTube Streaming of Zoom Meetings Starts/Stops
  • Monitoring Meetings: Ensure Smooth Running of Meetings
  • Schedule meetings and manage meeting link bookings
• Constantly remain abreast of current video and audio-conferencing platforms and suggest the most suitable platform for Kornerstone’s meeting goals
• Gather reports from all Directorates and be responsible for implementing suggestions. Also generate data and present for informed decision making
• Support planning and coordination of all meetings and associated activities
• Create meeting guidelines, policies and procedures and ensure implementation of policies and practices
• Maintain budget and track expenditures/transactions
• Manage communications by working with the social media team
• Ensure technology is used correctly for all meetings
• Any other task as relates to managing both online and offline meetings

Experience and qualifications

• A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Qualification / certification in project /program management
• Minimum of three years’ experiencein program coordination/event planning and coordination
