Job Description

• Applications are required for the position of a Project Director, in a Construction company, offering engineering services to aviation, maritime and shipping industries.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-

• Candidates should possess HND or B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering
• Candidate must have not less than 25 years of practice, and should have experience in aviation, maritime and shipping industry construction activities.
• Must be a corporate member of the Nigeria Society of Engineer, and fully registered with the Council of Registered Engineers of Nigeria.
• A good knowledge of the estate and property development industry is a plus
• Should have the experience to be able, to introduce and implement new managerial strategies that will increase efficiency of the existing structure, expand penetration of viable clients, and positioning the company for viability and profitability.
