Position Title: PS Technical Consultant II.
Job Station: Lagos State.
INTRODUCTION:-
PS Technical Consultant II job opportunity is available at NCR Corporation for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- First Level support for APTRA Passport, Decisioning and Ncompass Archive. Respond to customer calls and queries promptly to resolve issues raised.
- Work with the global product support teams to support the APTRA Passport suite.
- Implement payment projects, including SIT and UA projects.
- Setting up and managing our in-house lab systems.
- Responsible for the management of scanner assets at client sites.
- Liaising with our alternate clients where needed and ensuring adherence to client SLAs
- Responsible for user training on the Passport suite as well as on Scanner usage and preventive maintenance
