Pumpman at an Undisclosed Oil Exploration & Production Company – Offshore Nigeria
An undisclosed oil exploration and production company is recruiting a full-time Pumpman for its offshore drilling operations in Nigeria. The position calls for practical offshore experience, valid industry certification and reliable teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain mud pumps and drilling mud-mixing equipment in the pump room.
- Maintain accurate records of drilling-fluid additives and changes to mud properties.
- Support safe and efficient drilling-fluid operations.
Requirements
- Experience working in offshore drilling operations relevant to the position.
- Valid certifications appropriate to the duties of the position.
- Commitment to safety, teamwork and operational excellence.
- Ability to work in a multicultural, fast-paced offshore environment.
- Valid passport and willingness to travel.
