Ibifoundry Limited is recruiting a Quality Assurance Officer in Ikeja, Lagos, to assess product and service quality, maintain standards and support continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Monitor observance of quality standards and safety regulations.
- Discuss quality issues and proposed solutions with management.
- Document quality assurance activities and prepare audit reports.
- Recommend improvements to systems and procedures.
- Prepare staff training resources and operating manuals.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in quality assurance or a comparable position.
- Knowledge of quality methods, tools and applicable regulatory standards.
- Strong written and verbal communication and data-analysis skills.
- Attention to detail and relevant quality-assurance training or certifications.
