Position Title: Recovery Manager.

Job Station: Abuja.

INTRODUCTION :-

Recovery Manager job opportunity is available at BoroMe Nigeria for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

• The Recovery Officer is responsible in the management of the company’s defaulting portfolios.
• S/he will be well-informed on the debt collection best practices and approaches and will develop options and alternatives that guarantees an effective recovery process that will reduce the company’s Portfolio at Risk (PAR) to the lowest minimum.

Duties

• Develop and sort out the recovery strategy to reduce incidents of overdue loans.
• Assist the risk department to carry out risk control.
• Use comprehensive skills and means to complete the recovery task.
• Submit a credit report to the credit bureau.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-

• Background in Credit Recovery, Clear and Systematic understanding of risks.
• Good communication skills and ability to withstand work Pressure
• Have Recovery experience and Proficient and Skillful in Negotiation.
• Familiar with the judicial processes of Loan Recovery, and have a good working relationship with lawyers and the judiciary.
