Job Description
- We are looking for a Research & Development Assistant Intern to support our product development process through research, software testing, documentation, and continuous product improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market, competitor, product, and user research.
- Identify opportunities for new products, features, and improvements.
- Document product requirements, workflows, and specifications.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and the Product Development Manager.
- Test software applications, identify bugs, and verify fixes.
- Maintain product documentation and recommend improvements based on research findings and user feedback.
Requirements
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of software development, web applications, UI/UX, or software testing.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
- A background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Product Design, or a related field is an added advantage.
