HR Consultant / Manager at KloverHarris Limited – Lekki, Lagos

KloverHarris Limited is recruiting a full-time HR Consultant / Manager in Lekki, Lagos. This role combines HR consulting services for clients with oversight of the company’s internal HR and administrative operations.

Client-facing HR consulting

• Provide HR advice, consulting and strategy support to clients.
• Assist with workforce planning, organisational structure and design.
• Coordinate recruitment and selection for client organisations.
• Create HR policies, employee handbooks, standard operating procedures and related frameworks.
• Develop and implement performance management systems.
• Advise on employee relations, regulatory compliance and HR practices.
• Conduct HR audits and prepare professional reports.

Internal HR and operations

• Manage staff onboarding, employee records, welfare and related HR administration.
• Coordinate internal training, staff engagement and performance management initiatives.
• Oversee administrative processes, internal workflows and operational coordination.
• Support adherence to Nigerian labour laws and organisational policies.
• Assist management with operational planning, reporting and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate internal documentation and HR systems.

Qualifications and experience

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
• At least six years of experience in HR consulting, HR operations or generalist HR roles.
• Strong working knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practice.
• Experience combining client-facing consulting responsibilities with internal operations.
• Excellent organisation, multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• CIPM, SHRM, HRCI or another professional HR certification is an advantage.
