Sales Team Lead (Salary Loan and Investment) at Rosabon Financial Services Limited – Five Locations
Rosabon Financial Services Limited is recruiting a full-time Sales Team Lead for salary loans and investment products across Abuja, Lagos, Ogun, Osun and Oyo. The position focuses on coaching sales executives and delivering portfolio growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and monitor sales executives to achieve agreed commercial targets.
- Drive customer acquisition and growth in salary-backed loans and investment products.
- Review sales-team productivity and monthly results.
- Identify business opportunities and implement initiatives to improve performance.
Requirements
- At least an HND or a bachelor’s degree.
- A minimum of four years’ progressive experience in loan sales, including substantial knowledge of salary loans.
- Previous experience leading a loan-sales team.
- A demonstrable record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
