Sales Team Lead (Salary Loan and Investment) at Rosabon Financial Services – 4 Openings (Hybrid)
Rosabon Financial Services (RFS) Limited is hiring four full-time Sales Team Leads across Abeokuta (Ogun), Osogbo (Osun), Ibadan (Oyo) and Yaba (Lagos). This hybrid position requires three days on-site and focuses on leading sales teams in consumer lending and investment products.
Job summary
The Sales Team Lead will direct, coach and monitor Sales Executives while expanding salary loan and investment sales and improving commercial performance.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership, coaching and performance management for a team of Sales Executives.
- Lead customer acquisition and growth for salary loans and investment products.
- Track team productivity and ensure monthly targets are achieved.
- Identify business opportunities and implement initiatives to improve sales performance.
Requirements
- HND or bachelor’s degree.
- At least five years’ progressive leadership experience in loan sales, with substantial expertise in salary loan sales.
- Previous experience managing a loan-sales team.
- A proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Salary and benefits
₦239,978 per month, with a base salary and sales commission. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement and career growth opportunities.
