Salon Manager at Lauvee Beauty Salon and Spa – Wuse 2, Abuja
Lauvee Beauty Salon and Spa is hiring a full-time Salon Manager in Wuse 2, Abuja, to supervise daily operations, coordinate staff and maintain professional customer-service and hygiene standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily salon operations, service coordination and appointment flow.
- Allocate responsibilities to staff, monitor conduct, punctuality, grooming and performance, and promote accountability.
- Maintain a tidy, hygienic and well-organised salon environment.
- Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction and resolve client concerns professionally.
- Ensure employees follow salon procedures and established service standards.
- Identify operational problems and improve efficiency, productivity and customer retention.
- Report to management on daily activities, staff performance and issues requiring attention.
Requirements
- Previous management experience in a salon, spa, hospitality or a comparable customer-facing service business.
- Strong leadership, conflict resolution, organisation and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service, initiative, professionalism and attention to presentation and cleanliness.
- Ability to enforce policies fairly and lead a productive, client-focused team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with appointment booking, sales records or management software are advantageous.
