Secretary to the GM, CSR at Amaiden Energy Nigeria Limited – Lagos

Amaiden Energy Nigeria Limited is recruiting a Secretary to the General Manager, CSR in Lagos. The role provides administration, scheduling, communication and procurement support to the General Manager and CSR team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, distribute and archive official letters, memos, reports and other corporate documents.
• Manage the General Manager’s calendar, correspondence, telephone calls, appointments and travel.
• Organise meetings and workshops, coordinate divisional reports and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain office supplies, attendance records, schedules and administrative documentation.
• Coordinate travel approvals, accommodation, transportation, security and expense processing.
• Support decentralised procurement, CSR initiatives, donation registration on iComply and relevant ICT coordination.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with company procedures and HSE requirements.

Requirements

• HND or bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, Office Management or a related field.
• At least five years of relevant administrative or secretarial experience.
• Proficiency in office applications, general computer use and SAP.
• Strong organisation, interpersonal communication, time management, discretion and attention to detail.
