- Selection and Training of highly intelligent and smart looking Security operatives/guards
- Supervision of the operatives at various beats ensuring strict compliance to all post orders
Experience and qualifications
- Must have experience as a security guard, police officer or military officer.
- Good communication skills, both oral and written, are essential for the position.
- Must have a good working knowledge of security management practices and principles.
- The job requires someone with critical thinking skills who can quickly observe a situation and make the appropriate response.
