DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

• To Recruit Security operatives/guards within the FCT
• Selection and Training of highly intelligent and smart looking Security operatives/guards
• Supervision of the operatives at various beats ensuring strict compliance to all post orders

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-

• Must have experience as a security guard, police officer or military officer.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written, are essential for the position.
• Must have a good working knowledge of security management practices and principles.
• The job requires someone with critical thinking skills who can quickly observe a situation and make the appropriate response.
