Position Title: Senior Quality Control Officer - Infrastructure.

Job Station: Abuja.

INTRODUCTION :-

Senior Quality Control Officer - Infrastructure job opportunity is available at Bilaad Realty Limited for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

• Work with senior managers on overall quality matters
• Carry out total Design and Specifications for infrastructure.
• Carry out total review of ConsultantsТ Design and Specifications for infrastructure.
• Use of appropriate regulations/standards relative to infrastructure design and construction (i.e. British Standard Codes of Practice).
• Performs Risk Analysis on design and construction quality issues.
• Coordinates investigation and analysis of infrastructure design and construction.
• Recommends and take positive decisions as necessary on behalf of the Quality Monitoring Unit in favor of CompanyТs policies, vision and mission.
• Inspect completed activities/works and/or activities/work in progress for certification
• Perform overall QA/QC supervision and monitoring of activities on the project.
• Prepare and review quality checklists for materials and work activities.
• Take note of, prepare and evaluate non-compliant report on works or activities, specify and coordinates corrective actions.
• Ensure prompt issuance and carrying out of correction orders by the Contractor/Subcontractors.
• Monitor overall construction performance with regard to technical quality and compliance with design and specification requirements.
• Quality control testing and inspection experience.
• Perform any other necessary duties prescribed by the QA/QC Manager and senior managers.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-

• Minimum of 10 year’s experience in Infrastructure/Highway Engineering related services
• Registered with professional body i.e. COREN.
