Shift Packing Supervisor – B2B, Golden Penny Foods at Flour Mills of Nigeria – Apapa
Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc is hiring a Shift Packing Supervisor for Golden Penny Foods B2B operations in Apapa, Lagos. The position coordinates packing, loading and dispatch to achieve production and quality targets.
Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise shift packing and loading workflows to meet daily production and dispatch targets.
- Guide packing machine operators and third-party workers to maintain productivity.
- Monitor equipment performance and respond promptly to packing-line delays and breakdowns.
- Confirm correct bag weights, product coding, stitching and packaging quality.
- Track packing output, rejects, rework and waste to reduce losses.
- Enforce safety, Good Manufacturing Practices, hygiene and housekeeping requirements.
- Investigate accidents and near misses and coordinate corrective actions.
Requirements
- At least an OND in Science or a related discipline, with five O-level credits including Mathematics and English in no more than two sittings.
- Two years’ relevant experience in FMCG or manufacturing.
- Knowledge of packing operations, packaging materials and production processes.
- Strong attention to product quality, mechanical problems and production bottlenecks.
